The Shearer Real Estate Company, SRECO, is a commercial real estate company serving the greater Kansas City metropolitan market and the Midwest. Founded in the fall of 2000, and owned by Steve Shearer, CCIM, SRECO provides commercial real estate services including landlord and tenant representation, buyer and seller representation, development, consulting, build to suits and sale leasebacks. Prior to forming SRECO, Steve spent 15 years as a broker in Block & Co., Inc. Realtors retail brokerage division. Steve graduated from the University of Missouri with a BSBA degree in Finance and Real Estate, is a licensed real estate broker in the States of Missouri and Kansas, holds the CCIM designation and is a Lifetime Million Dollar Club member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors.
